Return Process

  Contact our Customer Success team via email or our online portal within 30 days of your purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Safely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the bottles are secure, and include a note with your order number and RMA inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue a store credit within 5-7 business days.
